Booth requests are to be submitted with contract.

All contracts received by December 31st will be assigned during early space assignment in January 2020. The order of assignment will be determined by 2019 SAAC Expo sponsorship level, 2020 SAAC Expo sponsorship level and the date the 2020 SAAC booth contract was submitted. 

To be included in early space assignment, exhibit fees must be received by December 31, 2019. Exhibitors who select the deposit plan will owe $500 per booth by December 31, 2019. Final payment will be due by June 1, 2020.

SAAC is excited to announce our new hotel partner for SAAC Expo 2020. The Hilton Anaheim is conveniently located just steps away from the Anaheim Convention Center’s North Hall and at the heart of numerous local attractions. SAAC Expo attendees receive the discounted rate of $139.00 per night during the show, but we won’t stop there. The same rate is applicable August 3-9, 2020 (pending availability)––an exclusive opportunity for those wishing to extend their stay beyond the show dates. You can attend the largest regional trade show on the West Coast, then take the family to Disney.  The deadline to receive the discounted rate is July 22, 2020.
