Jacque Martin
President
Breakaway Promo
I began my career in this remarkable industry on April 1, 1999, and I have never looked back with regret. Over the years, I have deeply valued the relationships I have built with clients, suppliers, competitors, and colleagues alike. The most recent chapter of my career has been especially rewarding, as I had the privilege of helping to found BreakAway Promo alongside an incredible group of women.
As President this year, I look forward to leveraging my experience to further support the growth and success of SAAC. With an increased focus on local events that foster meaningful connections, along with the return of the show in Long Beach, the plans are in place for a strong and successful year ahead.
Outside of the promotional products industry, I am actively involved in coaching Special Olympics and volunteering at numerous community and church events. I also enjoy a great romantic comedy, a good book, and—of course—the outdoor lifestyle that Southern California has to offer.
Barbie Deloa
Past President
Key-Bak
Barbie Deloa is a sales and marketing leader with 26 years in the promotional products industry and a genuine love for connecting people. She serves as Sales Manager and Tradeshow Coordinator for KEY-BAK®, supporting distributor relationships and guiding trade show strategy across multiple industry verticals. Barbie most recently served as President of the Specialty Advertising Association of California (SAAC) and now continues her leadership as Immediate Past President. Known for her collaborative style, upbeat energy, and people-first mindset, she’s passionate about building strong relationships, supporting the industry she loves, and keeping the promotional products community connected and thriving.
David Berger
Vice President
Global Promo
David Berger is a founding partner with Global Promo (GP), a promotional product supplier. He has worked in the promo industry for the past 16 years managing the expansion of Global Promo’s national sales accounts and key partnerships. Prior to working with Global Promo, and its predecessor company, Global Reach Network, David worked with state, local and national governmental sectors as well as managed international public health projects for several international non-governmental organizations.Â
His current responsibilities include strategic planning with GP and collaborating with promo distributors across the country to find innovative products and solutions for client branding and marketing. He works with GP’s management and sales team as well as its supply chain partners.Â
When not working, David can be found exploring Los Angeles and Southern California hiking and bike trails and enjoying its great ethnic food offerings.
He has been a member of SAAC since his company relocated to Southern California in 2010. He was drawn to serve as a Board member to give back to the promotional product community and to help strengthen the organization. He hopes to promote important educational and networking opportunities for the suppliers and distributors based in SAAC’s region.
Amy Williams
Treasurer
AB Unlimited
When I first ran for the SAAC Board in 2020, I promised to serve our community by championing mentorship, education, and opportunities for connection. I’m running again because I believe continuity matters.
During my term as President in 2024, I worked alongside an incredible board to revitalize the SAAC Expo and launch the Disney Networking event, revamp the SAAC website, and expand opportunities for members to connect and grow their businesses. My focus has always been on how SAAC can create value for its members — whether that’s through education, networking, or making it easier to do business. But the work isn’t done — and I want to carry forward the momentum we’ve built to ensure SAAC continues to thrive as a strong, innovative, and supportive community.
Outside of SAAC, I mentor small distributorships and share the lessons I’ve learned in building AB Unlimited Worldwide into a 7-figure business from its very first year. My background as an attorney and my expertise in business operations give me a unique perspective that I bring to every decision. I want to keep putting that perspective to work for SAAC, and it would be an honor to continue serving this association that has given me so much. Thank you for your consideration.
Karla Westin
Secretary
Gemline
I’m a strong supporter of all regional associations and believe in the value that they provide to local industry professionals. SAAC, in my opinion, is what every regional should strive to be. I would love to be a part of my hometown regional association’s board and help it continue to grow, thrive, and make a positive impact on the promo industry. I think it’s so important for members of the industry to support their regional organizations outside of just participating in the local shows/events. I want to be able to help SAAC to continue to drive its members to engage and connect with each other.
Heidi "Sell it" Selleck
Director
Vernon Company
As the 2026 chairperson for events, I am enthusiastic about bringing together suppliers and distributors at local SAAC events, engaging each other and forging successful partnerships.
I have a unique background in the industry, having a combined 22 years of experience as both a supplier and distributor with our industry Power 50 companies.
Fun fact is that my nickname is “Sell it” Selleck! I hail from a family of sales professionals, so the name fits perfectly. It has really taken off, and my customers often
greet me with, “What’s up, “Sell it” Selleck?
Kimberly Horton
Director
Monahan & Associates
I started in the industry in 2006 and been involved with the SAAC board since 2008. I have been a factory rep and now enjoying a new and exciting multi-line position. I love promo and our promo family. There is nothing we cannot do together!
A famous writer once said, “If you’re not taking care of your customers, somebody else will”. These are words to live by! It is our goal to make sure every order large or small are treated equally, this is how true growth and partnerships are achieved!
Sandy Chang
Director
Proforma
I’ve been in the promotional products industry for over 12 years, starting my career at Logomark in inside sales, then expanding my experience with Geiger. Today, I’ve found my true passion at Proforma, where I serve as a Success Coach Manager, supporting and guiding Proforma Owners responsible for over $200 million in revenue. I genuinely love what I do and am driven by helping others grow and succeed.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to my 14-year-old and enjoy staying active through hot yoga and weekend hikes. I’m excited to serve on the board and look forward to contributing in a meaningful way.
Collier HIbbs
Director
LogoMats, LLC
I have at LogoMats for about 8 years now and this my first job in the promotional products industry. I was previously the Midwest and East Coast sales manager before being moved to cover the West Coast 2 years ago. I love this industry and have made some my best friends at trade shows and events within this industry. I love the collaborative spirit that suppliers and distributors have about helping each other succeed. As a supplier that is based on the east coast, I think I bring a unique perspective on how to attack sales on the west coast.
Ray Chang
Director
Kitting LA
Ray Chang has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs from Miami University. It was there he started CZT Partners, a premium item company that was his entry into the promotional world. His experience in the entertainment business as an actor, writer, director, and producer has taught him that anything is possible. He brings this enthusiasm into Kitting LA and the SAAC board. He will be working on state and local government relations with SAAC. He is on the Government Relations and Action Council for PPAI.
Dominique Volker
Director
Whitestone Branding
Being the President of Whitestone Branding started with the incredible opportunity of being the first employee in 2016. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of seeing our company grow 20x, personally selling over $20+ million in custom products along the way. We’ve consistently been voted one of the best places to work, made the Inc5000 list seven years running and I was fortunate to be named a finalist as the 2023 Sales Person of the Year + 2024 Rising Star.
With a background that spans product development, fashion, retail, and operational management, I’ve honed a skill set that blends creativity with strategy. I love working with clients to extend their brand image through custom products, and nothing thrills me more than seeing a project come together in just the right way.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me traveling, complete with my signature track record of travel mishaps having explored over 23 countries. Certified beach lover, and when I’m not near the water, I’m probably lost in a good book or deep down a research rabbit hole.
I’m all about bringing a professional yet down-to-earth vibe to my work, with a good dose of humor to keep things real. Whether you’re looking to collaborate, connect, or just share a laugh, I’m always up for a conversation. Let’s make something amazing happen together!
