Register now and reserve your spot for the SAAC Virtual Pop Up Event on August 3 - 7, 2020.

WHAT IS IT?  STEPS TO PARTICIPATE:

The SAAC Virtual Pop Up is an opportunity for you to deliver an "in the booth" sales pitch to hundreds of distributors without actually being there. 


Each supplier will submit a short video (up to 4 minutes) that will serve as your virtual room.  During the Pop Up event, distributors will be invited to visit each room to view the video as they would if stopping by your booth.


This is the perfect time to promote your products for the fall and holiday selling season as well as feature any new or trending items.

 

WHAT DOES IT COST?

Option 1: Current 2021 SAAC Expo Exhibitors - COMPLIMENTARY


Option 2: With 2021 SAAC Expo 2021 Agreement - *COMPLIMENTARY 


Option 3: Virtual Pop Up Participation Only (SAAC Members) - $250


Option 4: Virtual Pop Up Participation Only (Non-Member) - $350


*Agreement for 2021 SAAC Expo must be completed with a minimum $500 deposit.  In the event of 2021 SAAC Expo cancellation, $250 will be non-refunded to exhibitor.  2021 SAAC Expo exhibitors who are paid in full will receive discounted booth fees, priority booth placement, and additional advertising opportunities.


HOW CAN I STAND OUT?

Featured Video Listing:  Be top of mind and top of the page with this featured video placement.  Your virtual room will stand out with a custom video wrapper and be displayed at the uppermost portion of the virtual event page.  (Limit of 6)


Pre-Event Traffic Builder Email: Reach thousands of distributors leading up to the event with your custom promotional message. Simply send us the digital artwork to be used, and we'll take care of the rest! (Limit of 10)

Banner Ad: Grab the attention of distributors and drive additional traffic by featuring your company on the SAAC Virtual Pop Up Event page.  Your banner advertisement will be featured for the duration of the event and may include a link directly to your own web page. (Limit of 4)

Exclusive Registration Ad: Highlight your participation in the SAAC Virtual Pop Up with a banner ad on the distributor registration page.  Your custom banner will be seen throughout the registration process as well as on the registration confirmation email.  (Limit of 1)


Passport Program: Attract more distributors to visit your virtual room by participating in the Pop Up Passport Program.  Attendees will  receive badges for visiting each participating supplier and be eligible to win prizes with complete passports. Passport Program Sponsor will receive mention in the pre-show marketing about the passport program. (Limit of 10)


Keynote Speaker Sponsor:  Give your company added exposure by exclusively sponsoring a keynote speaker video. Each day a different  speaker will be featured on the event page.  Sponsors will be highlighted  at both the beginning and end of the video.  Keynote Speaker Sponsor will be included in pre-show marketing about the speaker. (Limit of 1 per speaker, 4 sponsorships available)
