We want every invited guest to enjoy a quick, comfortable, and hassle-free check-in experience.
Why do we request an email address?
The end-buyer’s email address is requested solely to help us locate their registration when they arrive and make the on-site check-in process faster and easier.
Exhibitors will not have access to the end-buyer’s email address. When the guest’s badge is scanned, exhibitors will only receive the contact information for the distributor representative who invited the guest.
Any follow-up communication or inquiries related to the guest will be forwarded to the inviting distributor, allowing the distributor to maintain ownership of the customer relationship.
- The guest’s email is used only to assist with registration and check-in.
- Only the guest’s first name and last initial will appear on the printed badge.
- Exhibitors will not receive the guest’s email address.
- Exhibitors will see the inviting distributor representative’s contact information.
- Any event-related follow-up will be forwarded to the distributor.
