The Exhibitor Kit contains the forms, pricing, instructions, and deadlines needed to prepare your booth and arrange additional services for the show.
- Order carpet, tables, chairs, stools, and booth furnishings
- Review flooring, accessories, graphics, and custom booth options
- Arrange material handling, labor, cleaning, and freight services
- Access advance warehouse and direct-to-show shipping labels

Personally Owned Vehicle Service
POV Service is available to qualifying exhibitors who are transporting smaller products in a personally owned passenger vehicle and need assistance delivering those items directly to their booth.
- A worker with a flat cart will assist with unloading
- Maximum load is 400 pounds per trip
- Small boxes, luggage, packaged products, and coolers may qualify
- Items must be manageable without mechanical assistance
- Exhibitors must identify themselves as requiring POV Service upon arrival
